TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any product from Starryland Bedding, whether online or at our showroom, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Company Information

These contact channels shall be the official communication platforms for all enquiries, delivery coordination, and warranty matters.


2. Scope of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products sold by Starryland Bedding.

Warranty coverage applies to mattresses only.

Warranty duration varies by model, ranging from 3 years up to 12 years, depending on the specific mattress purchased.

Purchases include:

Online platforms (e-commerce, social commerce, WhatsApp sales)

Physical showroom purchases


3. Pricing, Payment & Installments

Full payment is required before delivery for all purchases.

Installment plans are only available:

Through approved e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok/Shopee), or

Direct installment with Starryland Bedding (if agreed in writing).

For direct installment with Starryland Bedding:

Monthly payment must be made before the 7th of each month

Failure to pay on time may result in:

Credit reporting implications (including CTOS or similar systems)

Legal recovery action

Promotion prices:

Are subject to change at any time

Are limited-time and/or limited-quantity

Once missed, customers are not entitled to request the same promotional price again


4. Delivery Coverage & Timeline

Delivery coverage is limited to West Malaysia only.

Excluded locations include:

Mountains, islands, or inaccessible areas

(Penang is included for delivery)

Estimated delivery timeline:

3–14 working days for normal orders

21–30 working days when high-volume orders

Delivery fees:

Subject to current promotions

May change from time to time without prior notice


5. Delivery Coordination & Failed Delivery

Logistics team will contact the customer:

1 day before delivery, and

Approximately 1 hour before arrival

If delivery is confirmed but fails due to:

Customer not at home

Incorrect or incomplete address

Last-minute rescheduling by customer

The customer shall bear the re-delivery fee, based on the current delivery rate or promotion at that time.

Delivery dates may change due to:

Stock availability

Logistics arrangement

Weather or unforeseen circumstances


6. Installation & Setup

Starryland Bedding provides delivery only.

Installation or setup services, if any, are:

Direct arrangements between customer and logistics personnel

Subject to mutual agreement

Starryland Bedding shall not be responsible for any installation-related issues.


7. Product Usage & Responsibility

Mattresses are designed strictly for normal sleeping use.

Sitting or applying prolonged pressure on the mattress edges may affect structure and durability.

Mattresses are engineered for average sleeping load distribution.

Excessive point pressure or usage beyond normal household conditions may accelerate wear and is not considered a defect.

Proper bedframe usage is required:

A flat, supportive, and appropriate bedframe must be used

Bedframes are not covered under warranty

Once received, no claims are accepted for bedframes


8. Warranty Coverage (Mattress Only)

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

Warranty applies specifically to the mattress spring system.

Body impressions may occur over time and are considered normal wear, not a defect.

Sagging of more than 1½ inches (approximately 3.8 cm) may be inspected for potential manufacturing defect.

Warranty does NOT cover:

Normal wear and tear

Fabric discoloration

Improper use or handling

Heavy impact, abuse, or misuse


9. Warranty Claim Process

Customers must submit:

Clear photos and/or videos for initial evaluation

All claims are subject to review by Starryland Bedding’s Quality Control (QC) team, whose decision shall be final.

If a claim is approved:

Customer must arrange to return the mattress for inspection or repair

No 1-to-1 exchange is provided

If Starryland Bedding logistics are used, logistics cost shall be borne by the customer


10. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

No return policy applies to all products sold.

Once delivery is confirmed, no cancellation is allowed.

Orders already scheduled or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.


11. Health & Comfort Disclaimer

Starryland Bedding mattresses are designed to provide general sleeping support only.
Due to individual differences in body condition, posture, and health history, Starryland Bedding shall not be responsible for any medical, health, or pain-related outcomes, including but not limited to back pain, muscle discomfort, or spinal conditions.


12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with payment, accepting delivery, or using the product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
